To change your password, please follow the instructions:

On Android
  • Open Hornet and go to your profile section
  • Go to "Settings" (the cog icon in the upper-right corner)
  • Tap “Account”
  • On Android devices, please tap the  the “...” icon and then "Change Password" in the upper-right corner.
  • Tap “Password” option.
  • Set your new password
On iOS
  • Open Hornet and go to your profile section
  • Go to "Settings" (the cog icon in the upper-right corner)
  • Tap “Account”
  • On Android devices, please tap the  the “...” icon and then "Change Password" in the upper-right corner.
  • Tap “Password” option.
  • Set your new password
On Web
  • Go to our website https://hornet.com and access your account
  • On the Home Screen, click on your name/profile picture in the upper-right corner of the screen
  • Click on “Account”
  • Then, tap on "New Password" section
  • Set your new password
