How do I verify my email address?

When you sign up for Hornet, you are asked to enter a valid email address.

Once your email address is set, we’ll send you an email verification message containing a link that you’ll need to click on in order to validate it.

“I didn’t receive the verification message!”

If you don’t find the email verification message in your inbox, please check your spam folder as it might have been filtered and redirected to it.

“I’ve checked my spam folder and the verification email isn’t there.”

In case you can’t find that message anywhere, please check if the address you entered on Hornet is correct. To do it, please follow these steps:

On Android

  • Open Hornet and go to your Profile
  • Tap the  icon on the upper right corner of your screen
  • Tap Settings
  • Select Account
  • If you find any mistakes, please correct them and confirm by tapping the Update button on your keyboard

On iOS

  • Open Hornet and go to your Profile
  • Tap the  icon on the upper right corner of your screen
  • Tap Settings
  • Select Account and then Email
  • If you find any mistakes, please correct them and confirm by tapping on Done on your keyboard

On Web

  • Open Hornet
  • Click your profile picture on the upper right corner of your screen
  • Select Account
  • If you find any mistakes, please correct them and then click Save

However, if your address is correct or you experience any errors with the validation link, please write to us at feedback@hornet.com and we’ll be able to send you a new email verification message.

If you cannot find a solution in our FAQ, please write to us at feedback@hornet.com. It is important that you include your Account ID so that we can trace your account. Your Account ID is located on your profile, on the top center of the screen, and begins with the “@” symbol.
