How Can I Restore My Premium?

Did you delete your Premium account and would like to resume your subscription on a new one? Or have you just subscribed to Premium, but your account wasn’t automatically updated?

Have no worries! All you need to do is to manually restore your subscription. To do it, please follow these steps:

On Android:
  • Open Hornet and go to your profile.
  • Click on Settings (the gear icon in the upper right corner).
  • Select Premium Membership
  • Click on the three-dot icon (⋮) in the upper right corner.
  • Select Restore Purchases.
On iOS:
  • Open Hornet and go to your profile.
  • Click on Settings (the gear icon in the upper right corner).
  • Select Upgrade to Premium
  • Click on the three-dot icon in the upper right corner.
  • Select Restore purchases.
On Web:

The Restore Purchases feature is currently available only on Hornet's mobile versions (Android & iOS). If you subscribed to Premium through our Web version, please write to our customer support team here.

If you cannot find a solution in our FAQ, please write to us at feedback@hornet.com. It is important that you include your Account ID so that we can trace your account. Your Account ID is located on your profile, right under your name, and begins with the “@” symbol.
