Have you encountered someone whose ideas do not align with yours? Or someone that you just do not want to see on Spaces again? You can block that user at any time! To do this, please follow these steps:
- Open Spaces.
- Open the profile that you want to block.
- Tap on the three-dot icon in the upper right corner.
- Tap on Block.
Please note that you may see that user again on Spaces if they create a new account. Blocks are linked to accounts and not to devices.
On the other hand, if the user that you want to block is violating any of Hornet’s and Space’s terms of services and/or usage guidelines, your best course of action is to report them to us. You can find more information on that here.
Once you report that user, our operational support team will review your report and that user’s account within a few hours, and appropriate actions will be taken.
