Have you come across someone that’s violating Hornet and Space’s terms and guidelines? You definitely should report them to us! To do so, please follow these steps:
- Open Spaces.
- Go to that user’s profile.
- Tap on the three-dot icon in the upper right corner.
- Tap on Report.
- Select a reason and add a few comments to your report.
- Tap on Report.
Once your report is sent, our operational support team will review your report and that user’s account within a few hours, and appropriate actions will be taken.
