To request your personal data package, please follow these steps:
- Open Spaces.
- Tap on the person icon in the footer menu to get to your profile.
- Tap on the cog icon in the upper right corner to open the app’s settings.
- Tap on Request Private Data.
You’ll be either redirected to your default email app or asked to choose your best email app. Once you get there, please send us the data request message that’ll pop up without changing any of its information. Our support team will shortly respond with your data package.
Note: If you delete your account in the meantime, we may not be able to generate your data package. When an account gets deleted from Hornet or Spaces, all associated data are removed from our base and it’s not possible to access nor restore them.
