Dallas Wiens was blind and disfigured by severe burns after touching a power line while painting a church. He was left, quite literally, a man without a face.
Now, thanks to an anonymous donor and a team of doctors at Brigham and Women’s Hostpital in Boston, Wiens has a face.
“Daddy, you’re so handsome,” his daughter told him after she saw him for the first time. Wiens can now smell and taste for the first time again, and his new face will gradually mold to his skull.
This is simply incredible!
