If you need some inspiration to get to the gym, there is nothing like going on social media to gawk at some of the fittest gay trainers around.

Their ‘grams are full of helpful tips, inspirational mantras and shirtless selfies that demand our attention.

Here are 18 super-hot gay trainers to follow on Instagram:

1. Branden Hayward

93.6 percent of the children being killed in Syria are being killed by their own government (over 14,000 CHILDREN SLAUGHTERED to date.) we all spend so much time on the Internet – can't we use it actually research and open our eyes to the grisly and unconscionable truths coming out of the Middle East? Did we not learn from the 1930s? Mainstream news keeps this genocide so compartmentalized. Lets branch out and read the New York Times, listen to the BBC, read the washington post. Years from now movies will be made about Aleppo and Syria and they will win awards and we will wonder why we didn't do more. This week I read the story of a man who stood up to gunmen who invaded a rescue bus that he and his pregnant wife were on. The gunmen spoke impolitely to the mans wife, and they punished him for standing up for her by shooting him on the spot. YOU CAN STAND UP NOW. Link in my bio will take you to short and long term actions you can take to improve this situation – journalists to follow, ways to educate yourself and others, ways to give and volunteer. Just because it isn't happening here, doesn't mean it isn't happening.
