Even though Mexican actor, singer and model Aarón Díaz is straight (nobody’s perfect), he knows a thing or two about how to be sexy. So he made an instructional video with Glamour magazine, but it final steps have nothing to do with muscles or good looks though, even though that’s why we’re all here, just to be clear.
Even though the video is a little cheesy, it actually reminds us of the legendary “Timeless Beauty Tips” that many people attribute to beloved film icon Audrey Hepburn. It reads, in part:
For attractive lips, speak words of kindness.
For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people.
For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry.
For beautiful hair, let a child run his fingers through it once a day.
For poise, walk with the knowledge you’ll never walk alone.
In actuality, Hepburn didn’t create these tips, author Sam Levenson did. He originally published them in a 1973 book entitled In One Era and Out the Other. Hepburn’s biographer Barry Paris read them at Hepburn’s 2001 funeral, leading many to attribute the words to her ever since. Their advice is timeless though, as Mr. Díaz’s video shows.
