Former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Kordell Stewart is suing viral video star Andrew Caldwell for claiming the two of them had sex, Total Pro Sports reports.

Caldwell became famous for a viral internet clip in which he feverishly shouts, “I’m not gay no more!” during a religious service.

His fame got another temporary spike after he was the subject of a local news segment about being assaulted with a container of frozen yogurt. The froyo attack got him a spot on Jimmy Kimmel’s show.

In a 2015 interview, Caldwell claimed that he and Stewart were involved in a sexual relationship while Stewart was married to Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams.
