Let’s Make Born This Way The Top Google Blog Of The Year
Born This Way Blog is a photo/essay project for gay adults (of all genders) to submit childhood pictures and stories (roughly ages 2 to 12), reflecting memories & early beginnings of their innate LGBTQ selves. Nurture allows what nature endows. It’s their nature, their truth!
I’m even on it! Born This Way Blog is nominated for top Google blog of the year, and all the bragging rights that entails. Voting ends in just a few hours, and they are currently in second place by only about a hundred votes or so. Can some of our unicorns swoop in for the win? It would be fabulous to see this gay blog about our awkward years make it to number one, eh?
The 2011 About.com Readers’ Choice Awards will showcase the best products, features and services in dozens of categories. Readers’ Choice grew out of a successful awards program on our Computing channel, and it’s being expanded this year to include multiple channels, from technology to hobbies to parenting. Voting will take place from Feb. 11 through March 8, with winners announced March 15. There’s no prize — just the bragging rights that come with getting recognized by the readers of one of a leading website owned by The New York Times Co. To learn more, visit awards.about.com.
