Out rapper Milan Christopher looked super sexy for Halloween this year, and thankfully for us, his costume left very little to the imagination.
In an image he posted on Instagram, the 33-year-old star of VH1’s Love and Hip Hop shared a pic of himself dressed as Kubera (also known as Kuvera or Kuber), the Lord of Wealth and the god-king of the semi-divine Yakshas in Hindu mythology.
He also posted a side-by-side comparison to an illustration of the god, and we think he did a pretty great job with his costume. We also can’t believe there is imagery of a Hindu god showing so much … eggplant. Wherever Christopher found that image, we’d love to see more!

There’s a lot more Milan Christopher to see
Milan Christopher left nothing to the imagination earlier this year when he posed naked for Paper magazine. In the interview he admitted, “Everybody knows [homosexuality] goes on in the hip-hop community but no one has ever talked about it.”
Christopher wanted to participate in the nude photo shoot with Paper to challenge the cultural taboo of men showing off their bodies. “I think I have a nice body,” he said, “and I think it’s art and I just think that it should be celebrated like they celebrate women’s bodies.”
He added, “I want that ‘break the internet’ moment. I want people to look at this and be like, ‘Oh, wow, it’s OK. This guy is a musician, he’s on TV. He’s doing this, he’s doing that but it’s OK.’”
Despite being on the cover of The New York Times, The L.A. Times (twice) and appearing on both Ellen DeGeneres’ and Wendy Williams’ talk shows, Milan says that the Black Entertainment Television (BET) Awards has never invited him to perform.
“It’s like, this is the first time this has ever happened in the history of hip-hop music, and you didn’t make a place for me because I’m gay?” he said, presumably referring to his fame as an out hip-hop artist. “I felt very disrespected by that.”
