This Week’s Must-Haves: P!nk’s Latest Record, A New NikeLab Collab and the World’s Sexiest Suitcase

Be first to like this.

This week saw pop superstar P!nk release her seventh studio album, Beautiful Trauma, and NikeLab launch a new collection for its designer sportswear fans. Oh, and you can purchase your dream house for less than $50K! Also including a new Broadway revival and innovative travel gear, here’s our list of must-haves for this week.

1. NikeLab x Riccardo Tisci

Several high-profile designers have entered the sneaker game. From Raf Simons to Comme des Garçons (and even Rihanna), they’ve made stylish and functional kicks (and apparel) for companies like Adidas and Puma. Now Riccardo Tisci, the former creative director of Givenchy, is the latest to enter this market, alongside NikeLab. They’ve come together to design a sneaker/apparel collection inspired by the world of basketball.

NikeLab is a space for the athletic apparel label to highlight the innovative products of guest designers. Celebrities like Oliver Rousteing from Balmain and Rapper Fetty Wap have all created memorable pieces for NikeLab.

Under Tisci’s artistic direction, the new collection celebrates the spirit of the NBA. From Air Force I sneaks to an Oxford shirt, Tisci puts his signature style on his garments while keeping with Nike’s well-known DNA. Prices range from $40 (for a unisex beanie) to $600 (for the bomber jacket) at, and we’re most confident this collaboration will prove to become collectors’ items.

2. The Broadway Revival of M. Butterfly

Great news for theater fans: If you missed M. Butterfly when it first opened on Broadway in 1988, a brand-new revival starring the hunky Clive Owen returns to the Great White Way this month. Nominated for the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, David Henry Hwang’s Tony Award winner for Best Play is back with an all-new production and cast.

Directed by Tony winner Julie Taymor, M. Butterfly tells a story loosely based on the tumultuous relationship between French diplomat Bernard Boursicot and Shi Pei Pu, a male opera singer in Peking.

If you love plot-twisting drama about betrayal, espionage and (sigh) love, then don’t miss the chance to see this groundbreaking production live in NYC. The fabulous wardrobe changes for Shie Pei Pu alone is a damn good reason to see it. Tickets range from $50–$250 at

3. Kit Cabin from Allwood Eagle Point

We all know Amazon offers a one-stop shopping experience for anything you desire. But did you know that if you’re a fan of DIY projects and are also hunting for a new house, you can purchase this 1,108-square-foot cabin from Amazon and build a “tiny house” in an open space or vacant lot?

Well, now you do!

This tiny cabin has two levels. The ground floor area is about 712 square feet with a 396-square-foot upstairs space. Create cozy living quarters with this kit, and add on additional amenities like window shutter flower boxes for a homey look. This cabin will run you a cool $47K — cheaper than a Mercedes Benz — and you can finally have your dream home.

4. Beautiful Trauma by P!nk

The wait is finally over. One of our favorite pop artists, P!nk, who famously gave a poignant acceptance speech during this year’s MTV VMAs, has released her seventh studio album, Beautiful Trauma. The lead single from the album, “What About Us,” is already a top 20 hit in the States.

In a recent interview with The Guardian, she said the album’s title song is about celebrating the positives in the midst of chaos. She also collaborates with Eminem, who was recently written up for his anti-Trump rap on the BET Awards, on an upbeat song called “Revenge.” And if you love powerful ballads, the last two tracks on the album, “Wild Hearts Can’t Be Broken” and “You Get My Love,” are must-adds to your music library. Find the album on iTunes.

5. The Rimowa North America Topas Titanium 29″ Multiwheel

Now that’s a sexy suitcase.

Are you looking for a durable piece of luggage for your next adventure around the world? Rimowa, the Rolls-Royce of luggage, has a great selection of stylish and functional pieces. Famous for the “groove” structure of its case shells, Rimowa has been in the business for more than 100 years producing innovative products.

This stylish North America Topas Titanium suitcase is 29″ in size (which unfortunately means you’ll have to check it). It offers Rimowa’s famed Multiwheel technology, making the case easy to rotate and move through an airport. Inside you’ll find a garment sleeve, laundry bag and a shoe bag. Luxury like this comes at a hefty price, of course, and you’ll find this case for $1,500 at
