Men have a whole new reason to start wearing condoms – statistics. A British company claims to have created the world’s first smart condom which rates performance, measures penis size and helps detects STDs.
The i-Con Smart Condom is like a FitBit only for your schlong. It provides all the statistics men need to assess their sexual abilities in bed. Some of the data it measures includes duration of intercourse, calories burned, number of thrusts, speed of thrusts and girth measurements. It tracks the positions used during sex on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. It even helps detect sexually transmitted diseases like Chlamydia and Syphilis.
Users “will have the option to share their recent data with friends, or, indeed the world.” Users will be able to see how they stack up against others, comparing their size and abilities with people from all over the world. But, if you want to keep the details to your self you can do that too.
The i-Con Smart Condom uses nano-chip and Bluetooth technology to send the data to a smartphone app. Over 90,000 people have already pre-ordered the condom at the price of £59.99. It will be released later this year.
