VIDEO: Politician Hit In The Face With Large Dildo

While holding a press conference on the Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement (TPP) this last week, New Zealand’s Economic Development Minister Steven Joyce got hit in the face by a large dildo while a protestor yelled, “That’s for raping our sovereignty.”

The protestor, a nurse named Josie Butler, told One News:

“I just thought it was a really good cause, a good way to keep the community engaged and people empowered against the cause. With the signing coming up next week, I thought it was really important that we take a really strong stand against it, to protect the people in New Zealand really. I’m here as a nurse because I’m worried about the patient rights and how many people will essentially die if this goes through because of the price of medications going up.”

Butler is not the only one with misgivings about the TPP. The Electronic Frontier Foundation considers it a shadowy pro-corporate, privacy-invading trade agreement that will punish consumers and stifle innovation with draconian copyright laws while muzzling whistleblowers and journalists. Even The Washington Post mentioned the agreement’s potential to deepen global income inequality and The New York Times editorial board called the TPP’s provisions protecting international labor unions largely unenforceable.

One could argue that dildo-based protest is a form of sexual harassment (or not). One could argue whether Joyce is lucky that Butler didn’t throw a tampon instead. But no one can debate the hilarity of seeing Minister Joyce getting socked in the face with a big dong (even though the dong did ricochet off his meaty jowls onto the breasts of an innocent bystander).

Just remember: while the cockslap is funny, the reason behind the cockslap is pretty serious.
