— Former NYC sex-worker and porn star, Annie Sprinkle (pictured above), sharing her thoughts on what makes sex workers so great. According to Sprinkle (who now works as an artist and sexologist), says that she was banned from Facebook for three days for posting the above text. “Had no idea that’s a no-no?!” Sprinkle said.
Legislation in the U.S. and Canada have recently made it much harder for sex-workers to safely operate without harassment, homelessness and violence. A handful of famous artists we love have also worked as sex-workers.
