Sometimes you may receive broadcast messages from the official Hornet account. These messages are used to share announcements or updates. If you prefer not to receive them, you can turn them off. You will still receive essential system messages when needed.
Chat notifications
To stop receiving broadcast messages in your chat, please block the official Hornet profile. To do it, you can follow the steps in this article.
After blocking the profile, you will no longer receive broadcast messages or announcements.
Email notifications
If you want to stop receiving email updates, please click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email you received.
This will unsubscribe you from that type of email. Some emails may include an additional link to unsubscribe from all Hornet email communication.
