How do I delete my account?

If you’ve decided to leave Hornet, we understand. Before you go, we’d truly appreciate hearing why. Your feedback helps us improve the experience for everyone. You can share your thoughts with our Support Team at any time here.

Important: Deleting your account is permanent. All of your profile details, photos, chats, blocks, private photo access, and followings will be permanently removed. Once deleted, we cannot recover your account or any of its content.

To delete your account, please follow the steps below.

On Android

  1. Open the Hornet app and go to your Profile.
  2. Tap the (three‑dot) icon in the upper‑right corner.
  3. Tap Settings and then select Account.
  4. Tap the (three‑dot) icon in the upper‑right corner and then select Delete Account.
  5. Tell us your reason and tap Delete Account to confirm.

On iOS

  1. Open the Hornet app and go to your Profile.
  2. Tap the (three‑dot) icon in the upper‑right corner.
  3. Tap Settings and then select Account.
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Tell us your reason and tap Delete Account to confirm.

On Web

  1. Go to hornet.com and log in.
  2. In the upper right corner, click your profile picture.
  3. Select Account.
  4. Click Delete Account.
  5. Tell us your reason and click Proceed.
  6. Click I don’t want to be part of the Hornet community anymore to confirm.
