Did you delete your Premium account and would like to resume your subscription on a new one? Or have you just subscribed to Premium, but your account wasn’t automatically updated?
Have no worries! All you need to do is manually restore your subscription. To do it, please follow these steps:
On Android
- Open Hornet and go to your profile
- Tap the ⋯ icon on the upper right corner of your screen
- Tap Settings
- Select Upgrade to Premium
- Tap the ⋮ icon on the upper right corner of your screen
- Select Restore Purchases
- Restart your app
On iOS
- Open Hornet and go to your profile
- Tap the ⋯ icon on the upper right corner of your screen
- Tap Settings
- Select Upgrade to Premium
- Scroll down on the page and tap on Restore purchases
- Restart your app
On Web
The Restore Purchases feature is currently available only on Hornet’s mobile versions (Android & iOS). If you subscribed to Premium through our Web version, please write to our customer support team.
If you cannot find a solution in our FAQ, please write to us at feedback@hornet.com. It is important that you include your Account ID so that we can trace your account. Your Account ID is located on your profile, on the top center of the screen, and begins with the “@” symbol.
