If you’re not receiving alerts about new messages, follows or any other activity on Hornet, please follow these instructions:
On Android:
- Open your phone's Settings.
- Select Apps.
- Select, depending on your device's brand and model, All apps or Manage apps.
- Select Hornet.
- Select Notifications and allow all options.
On iOS:
- Go to the phone's Settings.
- Select Notifications.
- Select Hornet.
- Allow all options.
On Web:
The following steps are specific for Google Chrome:
- Open Google Chrome.
- Click on the three-dot icon on the upper right corner.
- Select Settings.
- On the left-side menu, click on Privacy and security.
- Select Site Settings and, then, Notifications.
- Click on the Add button on the Allow section.
- Type https://hornet.com and confirm by clicking on Add.
