I do not receive alerts for new messages

If you’re not receiving alerts about new messages, follows or any other activity on Hornet, please follow these instructions:

On Android
  • Open your phone’s Settings
  • Select Apps
  • Select, depending on your device’s brand and model, All apps or Manage apps
  • Select Hornet
  • Select Notifications and allow all options
On iOS
  • Go to the phone’s Settings
  • Select Hornet
  • Select Notifications
  • Allow all options
On Web

The following steps are specific for Google Chrome:

  • Open Google Chrome
  • Click the icon on the upper right corner of your screen
  • Select Settings
  • On the left-side menu, click Privacy and security
  • Select Site Settings and then Notifications
  • Click the Add button on the Allow section
  • Type https://hornet.com and confirm by clicking on Add

If you cannot find a solution in our FAQ, please write to us at feedback@hornet.com. It is important that you include your Account ID so that we can trace your account. Your Account ID is located on your profile, on the top center of the screen, and begins with the “@” symbol.
