To delete an old or duplicate profile, please follow these instructions:
On Android:
- Go into the profile and scroll down
- Just below the profile photos, click on the “More Options” icon (⋮)
- Choose “Report this member”
- Select the option “This is Me”
- Confirm by tapping "OK"
On iOS:
- Go into the profile
- Scroll down to the profile details
- Tap the flag icon to the right (above the Follow button)
- Select "This is me" and tap "Report" in the upper-right corner
- The comments should be "This is my old profile, can you please delete it?"
- Confirm by tapping "OK"
On Web:
- Go into the profile and click "View Full Profile"
- Tap the icon “⋮” in the upper-right corner
- Tap “Report”
- Select "This is me"
- The report reason might be "This is my old profile, can you please delete it?"
- Confirm by tapping "OK"
