It’s been teased and promo’d for what seems like an eternity, but now fans of Ryan Murphy, Old Hollywood and/or classic bitch-fests have finally been treated to a real look at Feud—set to premiere March 5 on FX—thanks to a new extended trailer.
“For over half a century they hated each other, and we loved them for it,” says Catherine Zeta-Jones in the trailer, referring to the half-century-old feud between Hollywood legends Bette Davis (played by Susan Sarandon) and Joan Crawford (played by Jessica Lange). Zeta-Jones plays Olivia de Havilland in the eight-episode series.
Davis and Crawford famously co-starred in the 1962 camp classic What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?
The series will also co-star Stanley Tucci, Alfred Molina and Judy Davis, with recurring appearances by American Horror Story vets Sarah Paulson and Kathy Bates.

And as if the trailer weren’t enough, the network has also released Feud’s opening credits sequence. Murphy’s series are known for their brilliant intros, and this one left our jaws dropped. It’s truly stunning.
