If you have a question, chances are, someone else had it before and you find an answer right away in our FAQ.
2. Contact support from within the app
If our FAQ don’t have an answer for you, please contact us from within your app (Settings > Feedback), so we can collect context about your phone’s OS and other environmental parameters. This will help us to solve your problem much faster!
3. Contact Support With our Community Web Form
If you cannot contact us from within the app, please write an email to email@example.com with as much details as possible. The more information you give us, the faster we can help you!
We provide support in English, Portuguese, Turkish, Russian and Ukrainian. We use online translation websites to help us with all other languages.
