Did you delete your Premium account permanently or by mistake? And would you like to restore your Premium on a new Hornet account?

To do this, here are the instructions:

On Android:
  • Open Hornet and go to your profile section
  • Go to "Hornet Settings” (⋮ icon in the upper-right corner)
  • Click "Upgrade to Premium"
  • Tap on "⋮" on the upper right corner of the screen
  • Click "Restore Purchases"
On iOS:
  • Open Hornet and go to your profile section
  • Go to "Hornet Settings” (the cog icon in the upper-right corner)
  • Click "Upgrade to Premium"
  • Tap on "Terms" on the upper right corner of the screen
  • Click "Restore Purchases"
On Web

The Restore Premium feature is currently available only on Hornet's mobile versions (iOS & Android).  If you purchased Premium through our Web version, please write to our Customer Support Team here.

If this did not restore the Premium for you, please report this as a bug on our Beta Testers Program here.

If you cannot find a solution in our FAQ, please write to us at feedback@hornet.com. It is important that you include your Account ID in the email, so that we can trace your account. Your Account ID is on your profile and begins with the ‘@’ symbol.
