When you subscribe to Premium, you do it through one of our commercial partners – namely Apple, Google, or Stripe. They are the ones responsible for managing your payment information as much as for billing you continuously.

In order for you to cancel your subscription, all you need to do is to deactivate the auto-renew feature with the partner you used to subscribe. To do it, please follow these steps:

On Android:
  • Open the Google Play Store.
  • Tap on the menu tab on the upper left corner and select Subscriptions.
  • Locate Hornet and click on Manage subscription.
  • Click on Cancel subscription.
  • Confirm.

You can also use this second way:

  • Open Google Pay and log in with your Google Account if necessary.
  • Under the Subscriptions & services tab, locate your Hornet subscription.
  • Click on Cancel subscription.
On iOS:
  • Open the App Store.
  • On the upper right corner, click on your profile picture.
  • Select Subscriptions.
  • Select Hornet.
  • Click on Cancel Subscription.
  • Confirm.

You can also use this second way:

  • On your computer, open the Subscriptions page on iTunes. You can use this link to do it.
  • Locate Hornet and click on Edit.
  • Click on Cancel Subscription.
  • Confirm.

On Web:
  • On the upper right corner, click on your profile picture.
  • Select Account.
  • Click on Cancel Subscription.
  • Confirm.
