This will be due to a violation of Hornet’s terms of service.

Our moderation team must ensure that all profile contents stick to our profile guidelines.

Suspended users will not have access to Hornet, and will receive an account suspension message when they attempt to open the app.

Why was I suspended?

There are several reasons why your Hornet profile may have been suspended. We will now take you through the most common reasons and give further information.

 

If you cannot find a solution in our FAQ, please write to us at feedback@hornet.com. It is important that you include your Account ID in the email, so that we can trace your account. Your Account ID is on your profile and begins with the ‘@’ symbol.
