Watch RuPaul and Ellen Judge These Straight Men as They Try to Lip Sync for Their Wives

America’s sweetheart RuPaul, was on America’s other sweetheart, Ellen Degeneres’s talk show this past week. Ellen and RuPaul proceded to play a mashup of two beloved parts of their respective shows. ‘Lip Sync for Your Life’ which is a part of the elimination process from RuPaul’s Drag Race and ‘Bet Your Wife’ a game on Ellen where husbands must bet on their wives knowledge, joined together to become ‘Lip Sync for Your Wife.’

The two husbands gave it their all lip-syncing to three pop jams including ‘I’m All About That Bass’ by Megan Trainor, ‘Chandelier’ by Sia, and ‘Oops! … I Did It Again’ by Britney Spears. Ru and Ellen were in charge of deciding the winner of each performance which was neck and neck until the final song. While one husband Brennan knew the words to the song, Christian was able to make up for not knowing them with some pretty slay-ful dance moves.

Turns out you can still win a lip sync and not know the words, eh, Valentina?

In addition to the fun game, RuPaul sat down with Ellen to discuss the upcoming season of  RuPaul’s Drag Race as well as getting a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. RuPaul brought up the fact the Jane Fonda would be presenting him with the star, and how his admiration for her role in Barbarella led him to explore drag.

One of our favorite parts of the interview was when Ru called out Ellen to join Drag Race as a host for an upcoming season. When Ellen asked Ru what other celebrities he would like to have on the show, he immediately answered with one of his all-time favorite people, and Bianca Del Rio’s Snatch Game character, Judge Judy.

Fingers crossed this Rupaul Ellen Judge Judy threesome is something we get to see in the near future.
